-We dig a 6 to 8 inch deep trench around the foundation of your home and apply our exclusive waterproofing adhesive primer to assure a barrier of protection against water wicking up the walls, and to prevent growth of algae, fungus, and decay below ground level.

-After trenching we hydroblast to remove loose and peeling paint as well as kill all existing mold, mildew, and fugus.
Special house cleaners are used to insure a clean, sound and dry surface to bond to.

Step 4:Patch and Repair
-Small areas of non-structural damage are removed, cleaned and patched.
Large areas are simply replaced. This is not viyl siding. OUT OF SIGHT DOES NOT WORK!

Step 5:Scraping, Sanding, Stripping
-Loose paint not removed during hydroblasting is scraped and sanded. In some cases stripping is done to ensure against future peeling problems.

-We remove old silicone caulk and replace it with our urethanized elastomeric caulk. We caulk around all windows and door casings to prevent moisture from invading the coating through these areas.

Step 7:Masking
-All areas which are not to be coated are masked off, covered, or temporarily removed (such as lighting fixtures, mailboxes, drainpipes,utility boxes, etc.) Special attention is given to plants, lawns, decks,
windows, and other areas prone to overspray.

-We spot prime bare wood areas and apply our exclusive waterproof adhesive primer

-We apply the finish coat with is available in over 1800 colors and has bioquill to prevent mold, mildew, algae, and fungus.

- We work hard to finish strong. We will complete a thorough cleanup to return the job site to its original condition, if not better. All items which were removed will be reinstalled.

Step 12: Customer Satisfaction-We are not satisfied until you are satisfied. All customers must complete a completion certificate and phone survey to insure satisfaction.

Each year for five years we will inspect your project and repair any items that warrant attention.
Following the fifth year, inspections will be completed at 5-year intervals for the life of the project's warranty
This service is provided at no cost and the scheduling of inspections will be completed by us. This means you as the homeowner are not required todo anything except enjoy your home improvement.
